Taylor Bird has been responsible for a 40% growth in revenue since taking over as Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Southeast Multifamily Advisory Group. Bird joined the firm’s multifamily team as an analyst in 2012, and since then has been involved in selling more than 160 apartment communities with a total of over 29,000 units and an aggregate value in excess of $2.3 billion.

Bird has shined in taking the reins for the Southeast Multifamily Advisory Group. He was challenged to retain all clients, maintain the already-high level of production and grow market share within all product types. He was able to immediately grow revenue and market share in a territory many brokers believed to be already saturated. He also successfully introduced new investors to these non-primary markets, helping them to rapidly grow their portfolios.

By focusing on secondary and tertiary markets across Georgia, Bird has been able to provide opportunities for his clients to meet their investment needs in growing markets that are often overlooked. Through the end of May 2019, Taylor’s Georgia team has built a robust 51.12% market share based on sales volume.
