Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel’s Seth Niedermayer is a results-oriented and driven real estate attorney who advises a wide range of clients on some of the highest profile real estate developments in New York City and nationwide. Early in his legal career, he worked as a leveraged finance attorney for private equity firms and large investment banks on non-real estate transactions. While the work was meaningful, Seth desired a broader range of work so he pivoted to real estate finance as a practice. He now works on a broad spectrum of real estate transactions, ranging from acquisitions and sales to lending, borrowing and financing transactions.
