Next Generation Honoree: Sarah Bohannon “Elevates” Game at NKF

NKF’s Sarah Bohannon specializes in tenant and landlord representation in office markets throughout the Silicon Valley’s Peninsula market. The strategic approach she now deploys has resulted in completion of more than 100 lease transactions totaling 1.2 million square feet and with a consideration of $700 million.

She is a member of the Menlo Gateway Project leasing team, and has been a part of the process starting with city planning, design development all the way through to lease negotiation and execution. That has encompassed several deals involving Facebook in Menlo Park totaling nearly 773,000 square feet of space.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Bohannon to be one of the California 2019 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s third annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

She continues to be a top contributor at NKF, ranking as a Top Producer for the past three consecutive years. She has also been nominated for the firm’s ELEVATE Rising Rock Star Award.
