Robert Little II is an ambitious self-starter at Carter Validus REIT, and has an ability to effectively execute priority objectives without losing sight of the big picture. Little relocated to the Atlanta market from Tampa in November 2018 to work in the firm’s Data Center and Investment Management department. He previously served in the firm’s asset management division in Tampa as a portfolio management and financial reporting manager.

Since moving to Atlanta, Little has been active in the industry through his involvement in the NAIOP Future Leaders program, and as a member of the economic development committee of Central Atlanta Progress. While in Tampa, Little was also an active board member on the Hillsborough County affordable housing advisory board.

Robert’s ability to seamlessly transition from the traditional CRE world to the data center real estate space is no doubt impressive. His ability to traverse through diverse markets that have varied levels of maturity as it pertains to negotiating data center deployments is also noteworthy.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Little to be one of the Atlanta and Southeast region 2019 Next Generation Award Winners.
