Next Generation Honoree: Phillip Taggart’s Deep Market Analysis Produces Tangible Results at Kidder Mathews

Phillip Taggart is a first-year investment associate at Kidder Mathews’ in Portland. The commercial real estate broker brings expertise in sales of leased investment properties, along with the ability to deliver detailed analysis to minimize potential hurdles upfront and maximize results for clients.

Taggart specializes in investment sales in the Portland Metro area, with a focus on office product types. His experience in leasing provides a foundation to understand and dissect various investments. Taggart excels at analyzing market trends and data, and he utilizes effective communication skills to ensure smooth transactions.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Taggart to be one of the Seattle & Pacific Northwest 2019 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s third annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Taggart’s ability to connect with clients, combined with his hard work approach, an all-encompassing nature, and attention to detail, add up to the qualities a successful investment sales associate must bring to the table today. He truly understands the vast differences between a $1-million, single tenant investment and an $8-million, multi-tenant investment. His creative mindset has already produced tangible results as he’s found opportunities in places that others passed over.
