Next Generation Honoree: CBRE’s Meredith Bell Frese Digs Deeper into Strategies
A VP in the advisory & transaction services practice at CBRE, Meredith Bell Frese has been a constant learner and believer in the importance of understanding the full life cycle experience for office occupiers.
After spending her first two years with CBRE learning and contributing to all aspects of the industry, she became a workplace strategy consultant to dig deeper into delivering strategies to improve the office experience. These improvements have resulted in more than a 15% footprint reduction, while simultaneously improving employee productivity and satisfaction.
That’s just one of the reasons we chose Bell Frese to be one of the Chicago 2019 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s third annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
Although Bell Frese has been in several roles with CBRE—and successful in all of them—perhaps the most important position she currently balances with her brokerage is chairperson of the company’s Women’s Network in Chicago. In that capacity, she promotes the success of more than 450 women within the region.
“Meredith is a very collaborative leader—having developed a strong advisory committee for our Chicago Women’s Network,” says CBRE EVP Lisa Kozniecka, who founded the Women’s Network. “We are fortunate to have such a passionate leader at the forefront of one of our most important markets for the CBRE Women’s Network.”
