Next Generation Honoree: CBRE’s McKenna Teague Knows the Nuances of Life Science CRE

Teague’s expertise advising life science companies and landlords requires a comprehensive understanding of this highly-nuanced and complicated industry, which includes financing cycles, clinical data milestone impacts, infrastructure requirements, and environmental health and safety requirements. With this foundation of knowledge, Teague has been able to develop real estate strategies that helps clients achieve their business goals and objectives.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Teague to be one of the Boston 2019 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s third annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
With vacancy rates at all-time lows in Cambridge, Teague was at the forefront in identifying the Seaport submarket of Boston as a viable alternative for the team’s life science companies. Teague is currently an integral part of the team advising Related Beal on the conversion of 451 D St. in the Seaport. She also advised The Stevanato Group on the first deal at the building mid-construction, which proved out the thesis that tenants would embrace this asset.
