Luis Nazario, a resident of Miami, is a creative and knowledgeable professional in Florida’s dynamic Central and South Florida CRE markets. As a leasing associate at Saglo Development Corp., Nazario is responsible for the firm’s Tampa portfolio.

With only two years of experience in the commercial real estate world, Nazario has leased 300,000 square feet of retail space throughout the state of Florida. Nazario has also filled a number of challenging vacancies in Saglo’s shopping centers, some of which have been vacant for years.

Rather than looking at challenges in the CRE industry as stumbling blocks, Nazario views them as opportunities and has made an impact not only in Saglo’s bottom line, but also in the communities where he is responsible for leasing shopping centers.
