Next Generation Honoree: Three Hills’ Justin Brown Shows Unparalleled Determination

Founder and CEO of Three Hills Real Estate, Justin Brown is described as a true team builder/leader with unparalleled determination. “Justin has built a property management team that is truly invested in both the business growth as well as the satisfaction of both tenants and property owners,” a colleague says. “His networking is accomplished via in-person and maximizing social networking, and he has built a strong reputation as an approachable, engaging and knowledgeable individual in the industry.”

Brown leaves no stone unturned, according to colleagues, and he actively seeks opportunities to look at the industry from various perspectives.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Brown to be one of the Boston 2019 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s third annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

An anecdote from outside commercial real estate helps illustrate Brown’s drive and creativity. He attended an executive coaching course held by CEO Warrior in New Jersey. “During our course, we were tasked with an assignment that was presented to us late in the evening and it came with a morning due date,” says a colleague who also participated. “Justin used technology and insight to download an online app from Get Magic. He instructed the virtual assistant to edit and reproduce his rough work in a completed and very professional format overnight.”
