Next Generation Honoree: CushWake’s Jessica Mizrahi Recognized for Work Ethic, Leadership

Jessica Mizrahi is dedicated to maximizing value for her clients by connecting landlords and owners to occupants and tenants. As a senior associate for industrial leasing at Cushman & Wakefield’s Tampa/St. Petersburg office, Mizrahi exhibits the enthusiasm and work ethic it takes to be a leader in commercial real estate by doing what she loves and mastering it.

In 2018, Jessica together with her team leased over 4 million square feet in approximately 100 transactions, including in excess of 500,000 square feet of tenant rep work and 26 acres of industrial land sold. In addition to excelling in her brokerage position, she has been active with a number of industry organizations.

Jessica joined CREW Tampa Bay in 2014 and was elected to the Board of Directors for a two-year term from 2017-2018. She also continues her involvement as a member of CSCMP, NAIOP, FGCAR, REIC (Real Estate Investment Council), The Society of Real Estate Professionals Inc., the Tampa Chamber of Commerce – Emerge for Young Leaders and as a volunteer for United Way. Mizrahi was named the Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association’s #2 industrial producer in 2018/2017 and also awarded for “Most Lease Transactions” in 2018/2017. In 2016, she was named FGCAR “Rookie of the Year.”

Jessica also served as the inaugural founding chapter lead for Cushman & Wakefield’s Women’s Integrated Network (WIN), an internal organization designed to support the firm’s women professionals.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Mizrahi to be one of the Florida region 2019 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s third annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
