Next Generation Honoree: Jakub Nowak Amasses Formidable Track Record at Marcus & Millichap
In eight years of commercial real estate brokerage, Jakub Nowak has built a top-producing team of investment sales professionals and closed over 100 commercial investment sales transactions. His track record at Marcus & Millichap covers a broad spectrum of asset types and transaction structures throughout New York City, including property sales, 1031 exchanges, ground and master leases, joint ventures, note sales and equity procurement.
He has established pricing records for industrial and development sales in Brooklyn and Queens, and consistently ranks among the firm’s top New York-area investment brokers. In particular, he was recognized as the company’s top-producing land and development sales broker for 2018, and has won other company-wide awards for the past six years.
Those are just a couple of the reasons we chose Nowak to be one of the New York 2019 Next Generation Award winners. Connect Media’s third annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
Nowak has consistently stayed at the forefront of New York City’s investment sales market trends, and has played a critical role in helping Marcus & Millichap expand its reach and track record in New York City’s industrial, development and commercial sales. He has recognized and capitalized on market trends and opportunities, including the outer borough development boom of the past decade and the growth of e-commerce in the industrial space.
