Next Generation Honoree: Marcus & Millichap’s Jack Davis is Results Driven Leader

Jack Davis is a young and driven broker who has closed 34 transactions totaling nearly $140 million in investment sales in less than three years in the business. As a broker in Marcus & Millichap’s Charleston, South Carolina office, Davis specializes in the sale of hotels, and leverages his technological expertise to assist clients with information, analytical data and the disposition of assets.

A relative newcomer to the industry, Davis, 27, has quickly become a top producer in the Carolinas, as well as being a top 20 Hotel Broker for the National Hospitality Group of Marcus & Millichap in 2018. Davis was also the 13th ranked hospitality agent in the firm out of 88 hotel investment professionals last year. He has sold numerous properties at record price-per-key levels in the market.

A leader in his office, Davis has also been mentoring four junior agents on his team, helping to accelerate their business as well as his own.
