Emily Franklin-Peiper is an innovative and driven CRE professional in Orlando. As a land services associate in Colliers’ Central Florida office, Franklin-Peiper works on complicated land development deals of all types including office, retail, multifamily and industrial. She started with Colliers as a land development broker after college, a rarity in the industry.

Franklin-Pieper is dedicated to making a positive impact on her community with every transaction she works on. She also spends time each week mentoring college students interested in commercial real estate. Emily believes in the power of mentorship and genuinely cares about colleagues, counterparts and even competitors.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Franklin-Peiper to be one of the Florida region 2019 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s third annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

A 2017 University of Central Florida graduate, Franklin-Peiper recently took on the role of Chairwoman of the University’s NAIOP Case Competition. She was asked to return as chairwoman for 2020 due to the success that the program had in 2019, since changing hands to her. The course acts as the capstone course for UCF real estate development majors. She expresses that she feels extremely fulfilled by these efforts because this course helped jump-start her career in commercial real estate.
