Emily Behrens has impressed her colleagues and clients alike with a never-stop attitude and a contagious energy which helps her tackle time-critical project schedules with great success. An exceptional team player, Behrens has a talent for rallying her teammates and clients to work together toward a common goal.

Behrens was recently promoted to her current role as a project manager at Leapley Construction Group after seeing an opportunity for the company’s growth through organization and formatting. She has since led the charge on streamlining the organization of the firm’s job setup.

A skilled listener and communicator, Emily was recently asked to be a speaker at an IIDA event, and regularly volunteers with a non-profit project for the Lifecycle Building Center renovation.

As a registered interior designer, Behrens brings a unique perspective to Leapley. She uses this skillset to relate to the designers she works with to understand design intent as well as constructability. This insight has helped her connect and build relationships in the industry.
