Next Generation Honoree: NKF’s Emery Cresswell Brings Team Mentality to CRE
Emery Cresswell is a diligent and accomplished leader in Atlanta’s CRE industry. In an industry that is largely focused on individual achievement, Cresswell’s dedication and team-focused attitude is admirable.
As one of the younger associates in Newmark Knight Frank’s Atlanta office, Cresswell stands out as a counselor and leader, regularly offering advice to both peers and superiors on best practices and new ways to deliver for clients. Since he started at NKF in 2013, the firm has implemented several of Emery’s tactics with great success.
These are just a few of the reasons we chose Cresswell to be one of the Atlanta and Southeast region 2019 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s third annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.
A true team player, Cresswell has been called a “remarkably dependable and loyal employee” by his colleagues. He has also been praised for his organizational skills, an often overlooked quality in the CRE field.
Cresswell has also translated his prior experience in local and national telecommunication sales to transition and apply an uncommon perspective to the real estate brokerage platform. As a result, his macro focus, in which he takes a look at the full scope of opportunities and trends, has helped to aid clients in accomplishing their own goals.
