Dixi Wang is a motivated self-starter and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. Based in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings’ Washington D.C. office, Wang specializes in investment sales and acquisitions. An avid volunteer with a number of community organizations, Dixi is involved in Big Brothers and Big Sisters as a mentor. She has also served as an event chair for Preservation Houston, and is involved with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

In addition to her volunteer work, Wang boasts a number of professional accolades. She was selected as a ULI NEXT Leader in 2019, and was a recipient of the 2017 ICSC John T. Riordan Professional Education Scholarship. Wang was also selected as a NAIOP Developing Leader, and was President of the USGBC UGA Chapter.

These are just a few of the reasons we chose Wang to be one of the Atlanta and Southeast region 2019 Next Generation Award Winners. Connect Media’s third annual Next Generation Awards recognize young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to be influential for years to come.

Recognized by her colleagues as an “insightful, reliable and talented individual,” Wang is often sought out for her creative problem-solving ability. In her brief time at Alvarez & Marsal Holdings, Wang has been involved in multiple large mixed-use development projects, from $300 million ground up to $108 million renovations with office, multifamily, retail and hotels.
