Next Generation Honoree: Beyond Commercial’s Amy Calandrino is Leader for the Future

Amy Calandrino is a founding principal and broker of Beyond Commercial, an Orlando-based commercial real estate firm. At Beyond, Calandrino leads a team of agents who work with business owners across all classes of commercial real estate. With a specialty in sales and leasing representation of office and warehousing clients, Calandrino’s clientele has ranged from local to international companies.

In addition to becoming the incoming local CCIM board president-elect, Calandrino is president of the Winter Park Chamber’s Leadership Alumni Council and board member on Seacoast Bank’s Central Florida Community Board.

Her recent accolades include the 2018 Central Florida Association of REALTORS® Circle of Achievement Award, DukeLong’s 2018 and 2019 Top 150 Commercial Real Estate People You Must Connect with on LinkedIn, and 2017 Winter Park Chamber of Commerce Ambassador of the Year.
