NexCore Breaks Ground on 3-Building Show Low, AZ Outpatient Campus
Ground was broken on three buildings totaling 174,778 square feet on an 18.81-acre outpatient campus adjacent to the Summit Healthcare Regional Medical Center (SHRMC) in Show Low, AZ, a mountain community about 180 miles northeast of Phoenix.
The project consists of:
– Summit Healthcare Outpatient Pavilion, three stories, 103,866 square feet;
– Summit Healthcare Outpatient Surgery Center, one story, 16,213 square feet; and
– Summit Healthcare Auxiliary Building, one story, 54,699 square feet, housing administrative offices, community meeting rooms and materials management space.
The new integrated clinic facility will provide greater patient convenience while increasing physician capacity, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency. Additionally, the new platform is anticipated to increase physician capacity by 20% while delivering a 10% cost reduction
Denver-based NexCore Group is providing strategic planning and development services for the overall campus, and is handling financing, development, leasing, property management and asset management for the outpatient pavilion, which it will own.
