Newton Retail Center Trades for $4M

Coldwell Banker Commercial has arranged the $4 million sale of a retail center located in the Four Corners area of Newton, MASS. Todd Glaskin of CBC represented the buyer, 1144-1152 Beacon St. LLC, in the transaction. The seller was not disclosed.

Located at 1144-1152 Beacon St., the one-story building totals 9,350 square feet and it situated on nearly a half-acre of land. The property also includes off street parking as well as 100 feet of retail frontage.

“This property is located within Newton Four Corners just outside of Newton Centre and offered a great investment opportunity on highly desirable Beacon Street with a rare mix of strong local and national retail tenants. We facilitated the off-market transaction for two longtime clients in both the buyer and seller,” said Glaskin.
