Newton Mixed-Use Campus Adds Four New Life Science Leases 

An affiliate of The Bulfinch Companies has signed lease renewals, expansions, and new leases with life science tenants at Chapel Bridge Park in Newton.  

Spindrift, the sparkling water beverage company, has renewed and expanded its headquarters to over 20,000 square feet. European biotech company GlycoEra AG signed a lease for 4,000 square feet, marking its first location outside of Switzerland. Auron Therapeutics, a platform-based biotech firm focused on cancer treatments, joined Chapel Bridge Park as a new subtenant. Neuropsychology & Education Services for Children & Adolescents also renewed its lease for 8,500 square feet.  

Chapel Bridge Park is a 250,000-square-foot R&D, biotech, and office campus with various amenities.
