
NewQuest’s Negotiation of Retail Leases
NewQuest Properties brokered the following retail lease transaction in the Houston area:
- Cali Nails renewed 1,200 square feet in Fondren Southwest Village, at West Bellfort Avenue and Fondren Road. Brad Elmore and Austen Baldridge of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord, NewQuest Properties, in the direct deal.
- Candy Shack Daiquiris leased 1,600 square feet in Westlake Shopping Center, at Fry and Saums Roads, Katy, TX, from NewQuest Properties. John Nguyen of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Mariel Verde of Intero Real Estate Services advised the tenant.
- Citris Nails leased 5,000 square feet at Center at Pearland Parkway, 2650 Pearland Pkwy., Pearland, TX from Pearland Dunhill 1 LLC. John Nguyen of NewQuest Properties represented the tenant. Sarah Landry of Dunhill Partners represented the landlord.
- Deka Lash leased 1,260 square feet at Spring Town Center, at FM 2920 and Kuykendahl Road, Spring, TX, from NewQuest Properties. Bob Conwell and Ashley Strickland of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. - Dream Kitchen & Bath leased 2,940 square feet in Eldridge Plaza, 928 N. Eldridge Pkwy. from Trailing Vine Interests. Austin Alvis of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord in the direct deal.
- King Dollar leased 7,335 square feet in North Freeway Center, at Interstate 45 and Gillispie Road, from Hana Assets Ltd. Bob Conwell, Brad Elmore and Austen Baldridge of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord in the direct deal.
- Tex-Mex Grill & Bar leased 2,852 square feet in Stone Creek Shopping Center, at FM 529 and Queenston Boulevard, from Zenda Stone Creek US Ltd. Austen Baldridge of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord in the direct deal.
