NewQuest Negotiates Leases Throughout Houston Area

NewQuest Properties recently signed the following retail tenants:
- Beauty Empire leased 4,890 square feet in Fort Bend Town Center, SH 6 and Fort Bend Tollway in Missouri City, TX. Zack Sturgeon self-represented NewQuest. Joanna Temple Johnston of Temple Commercial Realty represented the tenant.
- IHOP inked a deal for 4,588 square feet at Brazos Town Center, at Interstate 69/U.S. 59 and Farm-to-Market Road 762, in Rosenberg, TX. Bob Conwell of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Jon Kantalis of SDI Realty represented the tenant.
- Edible Arrangements leased 1,050 square feet in Fairfield Marketplace, at the intersection of U.S. 290 and Mason Road in Cypress, TX. Bob Conwell and J.J. McDermott self-represented NewQuest. Brian Varvel of KW Premier Realty represented the tenant.
