NewQuest Properties negotiated the following transactions:

• G Pkwy Land LP purchased 15.3 acres at Clay Road and Lakes of Bridgewater, in Katy, TX, from MCI Grand Parkway Ltd. Jeff Lokey of NewQuest Properties represented the buyer. Chris Hutcheson of McAlister Real Estate represented the seller.
• Hardeman Family Joint Venture Ltd. purchased ABC Supply Co. Inc.’s regional headquarters, situated on 10 acres at 24650 Franz Rd. in Katy, from Beloit Katy LLC. Glenn Dickerson of NewQuest Properties and Jack Weiss of Quick & Co. Commercial Realty Inc. represented the buyer. Andrew Peoples and Jeffery Jackson of CBRE represented the seller.
• CKO Kickboxing leased 2,450 square feet of retail space in Marketplace at Ninety-Six, at League City Parkway and Hobbs Road, in League City, TX, from NewQuest Properties. Rebecca Le of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. John Griffith of Simien Properties represented the tenant.
• 9Round Kickboxing leased 1,107 square feet of retail space in Grand Morton Town Center, at Grand Parkway and Morton Ranch Road, Katy, from NewQuest Properties.
