NewQuest has finalized leases in south and northwest Houston for EoS Fitness as part of the brand’s strategic multi-state expansion plan in existing and new markets. 

Long-term leases have been signed for 53,829 square feet and 41,013 square feet of inline space in the Center at Baybrook in Webster and Easton Commons Plaza in northwest Houston, respectively. Both sites, slated to open in 2025, will host full-service gyms with amenities and outdoor workout areas. 

EoS Fitness will repurpose a shuttered Bed Bath Beyond in the Center at Baybrook, a 363,830-square-foot class A project fronting Interstate 45. In-house broker Christi Vinzant represented the landlord, Kimco Realty. 

At Easton Commons Plaza, EoS Fitness will convert a long-vacant theater into a premier full-service gym. The Kroger-anchored, 203,495-square-foot class A development fronts TX 6 in the Copperfield trade area. Kathy King and Charles Blaschke of Edge Realty Partners Houston LLC represented the landlord, Easton Houston LLC.
