Newport Beach Gets Tough on Water Usage
Newport Beach’s city council is expected to vote this week to move the town from Level 1 of the Water Conservation Plan to Level 3.
A move to Level 3 would mean cutting water usage back to 75% of current usage for households, limit watering between 9am to 5pm and prohibit watering 2 days following rainfall.
