Martin Selig Real Estate (MSRE) has named Newmark as the exclusive leasing agent for a 2.2 million square foot portfolio of office and mixed-use properties across downtown Seattle.

MSRE’s Director of Leasing, Michael Brixner, will continue to spearhead the leasing strategy while partnering closely with Newmark’s Cavan O’Keefe, Jesse Ottele, Tim O’Keefe, and Brody O’Keefe on all day-to-day leasing activities.
