Newmark to Market Malden Spec Industrial Property 

Newmark has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 735 Broadway, a 94,095-square-foot speculative industrial development located in Malden, Massachusetts.  

The Class A urban industrial property, developed by DH Property Holdings in partnership with Pugh Management, offers visibility and access to Downtown Boston and Logan Airport. 

It features 32-foot clear heights, 23 loading docks, LED light fixtures, and an ESFR fire suppression system, making it suitable for warehouse and manufacturing users. Newmark’s Ed Jarosz, Brian Pinch and Michael Malinconico are handling the leasing and marketing of the asset on behalf of ownership.
