Newmark is actively leasing Gateway at Millbrae Station, a new mixed-use building nearing completion at the steps of the Millbrae Transit Center in Millbrae, CA. The project features 158,000 square feet of office space, 43,000 square feet of retail space, 400 residential units and a 164-room Marriot by Residence Inn.

Newmark’s Craig Kalinowski, Josh Roswell and Mark Courson are leasing the office portion on behalf of Republic Urban Properties and Principal Real Estate Investors, while the firm’s Sean O’Carroll and Josh Shumsky are leading the retail leasing. “We are excited to see our client’s vision and hard work result in a destination center for the Mid-Peninsula market. Gateway at Millbrae Station is a one-of-a-kind transit-oriented project,” said Kalinowski in a news release.

The Millbrae Transit Center is the only location on the Peninsula where BART and Caltrain connect, and is also located just a quarter mile from SFO, making it a strategic transit hub.
