Newmark Tapped to Lease 213K-SF Needham Office Property
Real estate investment firm Bullfinch Cos. has tapped Newmark to lease the available space at 117 Kendrick Street, a 213,000-square-foot lab and office building in Needham, MASS.
Current tenants at the property include Workbar, Waterstone Properties Group, Candel Therapeutics, Verastem, Warner Brothers, Standing Stone Games, Enservio, Firestone Financial and BBK Worldwide. The Newmark Team managing leasing at the property includes executive managing director Mark Roth, managing director Brendan Daly, managing director Matt Malatesta and associate Brianna Piacitelli.
“Our 117 Kendrick Street property is situated in an amenity-rich location at the heart of the Newton/Needham, N-Squared Innovation District, offering both convenience and access for potential office, lab, or R&D tenants,” said Mike Wilcox, director of leasing at Bulfinch. “As we continue to partner with Newmark to lease our 117 Kendrick Street asset, Bulfinch seeks tenants who can bring additional vibrancy to Needham.”
