Newmark Tapped as Leasing Agent for Newly Built Hackensack MOB

Newmark has been appointed as leasing agent for 200 Atlantic St., a newly constructed, Class A medical office building directly across from Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, NJ. Managing directors Dan Reider and Harrison Russell and associates John Crawford and Jack Barclay are leading marketing and leasing efforts on behalf of owner and developer Plaxsun Properties LLC.

“200 Atlantic St. is a rare opportunity: A true Class A, purpose-built medical space in a market where new inventory is nonexistent,” said Reider. “Its scale, infrastructure and immediate proximity to Hackensack University Medical Center make it uniquely positioned for practices seeking efficiency and visibility.”

The 51,750-square-foot property includes three floors of medical office space atop three levels of covered onsite parking. Designed specifically for healthcare users, the building features high-capacity HVAC and plumbing systems, multiple lobbies with elevator access, efficient floor plates and the opportunity for building signage. It can accommodate users seeking up to 17,250 square feet.
