Newmark Secures Three Retail Tenants in Midtown

Newmark Retail has sealed three retail leases at 366 Fifth Avenue. Nature Republic, a South Korean natural beauty brand, secures 891 square feet. NY Gifts inks 2,258 square feet. Julietta Gelato occupies 375 square feet.

Ariel Schuster and Tyler King of Newmark represented the landlord, alongside Joseph P. Day Realty’s Rick Brickell. “Revitalizing this Midtown corridor is about curating the right mix of retailers that will define the character and vibrancy of the neighborhood,” said King. “We’re committed to fostering an environment where local and international brands create a great experience for office workers, tourists and New Yorkers alike.”

With 3,378 square feet of remaining ground floor space available, 366 Fifth Avenue is within walking distance from Herald Square, offering access to the B, D, and F trains.
