Newmark Secures 19K-SF Office Lease in Metro Baltimore
Newmark has secured a 19,497-square-foot office lease for Chesapeake Contracting Group’s (CCG) new headquarters at 10065 Red Run Boulevard in Owings Mills, MD.
The office property is located withing the Owing Mills 14-acre suburban corporate campus and was recently redeveloped into a Class A office building with a new lobby, landscaping, outdoor recreational area and community lounge. CCG will occupy the majority of the second floor at the property and plans to occupy the space by the second quarter of 2021.
Michael Singer and Clare Berrang of Newmark represented CCG in the transaction. The landlord, Merritt Properties, was represented in-house by Whit Levering.
