Newmark Promotes Three Texas-Based Specialty Practice Group Professionals

Newmark has promoted three Texas-based specialty practice group members. Kenneth Cox, Taucha Hogue and Sarah Anderson, were promoted to Vice Chairman and Senior Managing Directors, respectively

Cox, who is based in Memphis, and Hogue, based in Houston, are members of Newmark’s Houston-based Self Storage Capital Markets group while Anderson is a part of Newmark’s Dallas-based Seniors Housing & Care platform. Anderson joined Newmark’s Seniors Housing & Care platform in 2019. She is responsible for seniors housing-related debt origination and structured finance throughout the United States.

Erik Hamilton, who has more than 15 years in CRE journalism, is a former staff writer with the Los Angeles Times and the Orange County Business Journal.
