Newmark Names Dallas-Based Chad Lavender President of North America Capital Markets

Chad Lavender has been named president of capital markets for Newmark Group’s operating businesses in North America. Based in Dallas, Lavender is responsible for driving the overarching strategy and revenue growth of the capital markets business for every asset type, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail and alternative investment classes.

Formerly Newmark’s co-head of Healthcare & Alternative Real Estate Assets group, Lavender joined the company to form and co-lead the group in 2019.
