NewMark Merrill Signs 11 New Retail Tenants Ahead of July Groundbreaking

NewMark Merrill Companies, Inc. said Monday it had signed leases with Ross Dress For Less, Better Buzz Coffee, Quick Quack Carwash, 7-Eleven, Luna Grill, 85°C Bakery Cafe, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Country Kitchen, Yogurtland, Taqueria 2 Potrillos, and Pamper Me Nail Salon at Desert Sky Plaza II, a 30-acre, 297,363-square-foot shopping center at the Southeast corner of Roy Rogers Drive and Amargosa Road in Victorville.  The tenants will join already announced new anchors Target, Burlington and Five Below, and bring the center to nearly 85% pre-leased. 

NewMark Merrill is breaking ground at Desert Sky Plaza II in July ith the opening planned for Fall 2027. Designed by MMA Architecture, Architects Orange, and civil engineering firm Kimley Horn, Desert Sky Plaza II will be the second phase of the existing Home Depot-anchored Desert Sky Plaza.

Brad Pearl, Greg Giacopuzzi, and Darren Bovard of NewMark Merrill secured the new tenants and are overseeing leasing at Desert Sky Plaza II.
