NewMark Merrill Sets Grand Opening for $70M Rialto Marketplace
Woodland Hills, CA based NewMark Merrill Companies plans to open the $70-million Rialto Marketplace on July 20th. The 239,552-square-foot neighborhood shopping center is located on the Southwest corner of San Bernardino Avenue and Riverside Avenue in Rialto, CA.
Retailers joining the Walmart Supercenter-anchored center include Starbuck’s, Juice it Up!, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Chipotle, Carl’s Jr., Pieology, Les Schwab Tires, GNC, T-Mobile, Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt, Sprint, and Ono Hawaiian BBQ.
In addition to NewMark Merrill, the development team also included El Segundo, CA-based Pacific Retail Partners. When completed, Rialto Marketplace will be the largest shopping center in the city of Rialto.
