NewMark Merrill Promotes Michael Mendez to Regional VP of Operations

NewMark Merrill Companies has promoted Michael Mendez to VP of operations of its Southern Region in California, covering San Diego County and surrounding areas. Previously, he served as regional property manager.  

Mendez joined NewMark Merrill as an assistant property manager in the South Region in 2004, when the company owned and operated five properties in the market. With his assistance, the company has grown its South Region portfolio to 33 properties encompassing 3.3 million square feet and valued at more than $1 billion.
