Newmark Group has launched NewliticQuest, a platform that offers insights to develop strategic and tactical recommendations for property portfolios.  

The platform combines Newmark’s expertise in real estate, technology, and consulting to provide accelerated insights for planning and responding to business change, disruptive events, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate opportunities.  

NewliticQuest offers self-serve capabilities and insights into business and real estate performance through dynamic dashboards, which can be accessed directly by clients. The platform also includes automated data validation capabilities to ensure data accuracy.
