Newmark Facilitates 85K SF of Office/R&D Leases in Westford

Newmark has recently secured multiple office leases at Westford Technology Park, a premier Class A office and R&D campus in the Route 495 submarket in Westford, MA. The transactions included renewals for tenants Nvidia, American Fujikura Limited, and Sentry, totaling 54,000 square feet at 2 Westford Technology Park. Additionally, new leases for 31,000 square feet were signed with Future Electronics and Crown Castle at 1 and 5 Westford Technology Park.

Newmark’s Torin Taylor, Richard Ruggiero, and Matthew Adams, along with Rory Walsh, represented the property’s ownership, The Gutierrez Company, a Burlington-based real estate owner and developer.

Located 35 miles Northeast of Boston, Westford Technology Park spans one million square feet across multiple buildings. Tenants include Akamai, Raytheon Technologies, Johnson Controls, Lockheed Martin Corporation, and Nvidia.“ Areas like Westford provide the opportunity to build out spaces that fit the needs of blue chip companies and companies that require R&D space,” said Doug Fainelli, Vice President of Operations for The Gutierrez Company.
