Modera Domain is across the street from one of Austin’s top retail centers. The Domain has four million square feet of office and 1.85 million square feet of retail. In addition, the center is home to major offices of Amazon, Facebook, Indeed and Vrbo.

The asset traded from a joint venture between Mill Creek Residential and PGIM to Clarion Partners. Newmark’s Patton Jones and Andrew Dickson represented the seller.
