Newmark Completes 178K SF in Leases for New Ops Facility, Corporate Office

Newmark has completed 178,477 square feet of industrial and office leasing activity on behalf of Associated, a supply chain company, spanning two properties in Illinois. The buildings are located at 6450 Muirfield Drive in Hanover Park and 4101 Winfield Road in Warrenville, Illinois.

Newmark Senior Managing Director Corey Chase was the exclusive representative on behalf of Associated for both transactions. Avison Young’s Brian Colson and Brian Pomorski represented the landlord at 6450 Muirfield Drive, while Josh Feldman of Cushman & Wakefield represented the sublandlord at 4101 Winfield Road.

Associated signed a long-term lease to occupy the entirety of 6450 Muirfield, which features 160,419 square feet of industrial space and 10,000 square feet of office. Here, the company will establish a new operations facility and double its footprint in the Chicagoland market. Associated also signed an 18,058-square-foot sublease at 4101 Winfield Road, which will be the dedicated corporate office.
