Newmark Brokers Sale of Six-Building Office Portfolio in Metro Baltimore

Newmark has arranged the sale of 6200-6250 Old Dobbin Lane, a six-building, 253,079-square-foot Class A suburban office portfolio in Columbia, MD. The sales price was not disclosed.

The portfolio’s infill suburban location is currently home to over twenty tenants including Liberty Mutual Insurance, AXA, Howard Chamber of Commerce and State Farm. Tenants at the property have access to outdoor communal courtyard space and are within walking distance of a number of retail options.

Cris Abramson, Nicholas Signor and Ben McCarty of Newmark’s Capital Markets team represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was an affiliate of Fernau LeBlanc Investment Partners and John B. Levy & Company, a Richmond-based real estate investment bank.
