Newmark Brokers Sale of 18-Property Industrial Portfolio in Connecticut

Newmark has arranged the sale of a 566,000-square-foot industrial portfolio consisting of 18 buildings within the Hartford, CONN. metro area. The sales price was not disclosed.

The Bloomfield Logistics Portfolio is 100% leased and provides diverse building sizes and features within an industrial growth market for the region. The portfolio is situated in the strategic Connecticut distribution areas of Bloomfield and Windsor, located minutes from I-91 and I-291. The assets are near Bradley International Airport, providing regional accessibility and proximity to downtown Hartford.

Kevin Welsh, Brian Schulz, Jason Emrani, Maria Betancourt and Art Ross of Newmark brokered the transaction. The buyer was a joint venture between Vision Real Estate Partners and a fund managed by Rialto Capital Management. The seller was Sponzo Properties.
