Newmark Brokers $44M Sale of Miami Industrial Facility
Newmark has arranged the $44 million sale of a 312,600-square-foot industrial property in Miami’s Dolphin Commerce Park. The transaction marks the largest warehouse sale by both size and price to a user-occupier in South Florida over the past four years.
Located at 2200 NW 112th Ave., the property is across from Dolphin Mall and offers access to main arteries including the Florida Turnpike and the Dolphin Expressway (SR-836). The facility was completed in 2002 and is situated on nearly 16 acres.
Steve Medwin and Nick Wigoda of Newmark represented the buyer, Badia Spices, in the transaction. The seller was Tech Data Corporation. Badia Spices is a leading family-owned Hispanic food company that manufactures, packages and distributes spices, seasoning blends, marinades, sauces, teas, health items and other products to more than 70 countries around the world.
