Newmark Brokers $21M Sale of Industrial Development Site Near BWI Airport

Newmark has brokered the $21.1 million sale of Last-Mile @ BWI, a nearly 14-acre industrial development site in Hanover, MD.

Located at 1200 Stoney Run Road, the property offers the potential to build Class A industrial product in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor, one of the nation’s premier industrial markets. The site is directly adjacent to Baltimore-Washington International Airport and is fully leased. The property is in the Baltimore Commons Industrial Park, one of the Mid-Atlantic’s oldest and most established industrial parks, comprised of 34 assets totaling 4.1 million square feet of primarily industrial product.

Cris Abramson, Brian Kruger, Ben McCarty and Nicholas Signor of Newmark represented the seller, HLNP LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was NorthBridge Partners.
