Newmark Brokers $12M Sale of Allston MXU Property

Newmark has arranged the $11.9 million sale of 226 Harvard Ave., a 27,930-square-foot mixed-use property in the Allston neighborhood of Boston.

The retail and medical office property is currently 94% leased to a tenant roster that consists of Urban Outfitters, Steward Medical Group and Unleashed by Petco. The property is located nearby the MBTA Green Line’s Harvard Avenue station and Boston University.

Geoffrey Millerd, Frank Nelson, Michael Greeley, Jonathan Martin, Paul Penman, Mathew Adler and Christopher Huesgen, of Newmark’s Boston and Mid-Atlantic Capital Markets Groups represented the seller, National Development, in the transaction. The buyer was Asana Partners.
