Newmark Arranges Sale of Two San Antonio Multifamily Properties
Newmark played a hand in arranging the sale of two apartment communities in San Antonio. In one, the company also helped with financing the sale.
Newmark found the seller for Live Oak Place, which consisted of 308-units. It was sold by 29th Street Capital. Newmark also represented the buyer and found financing through Fannie Mae.
It’s the third time a Newmark team sold the northeast San Antonio property. Prior transactions took place in 2018 and 2020. The buyer and selling prices were not disclosed.
In addition, Newmark helped Achieve Investment Group find the buyer, River Rock Capital. The community, 309-unit Alamo Park, is also in northeast San Antonio. Newmark’s Jim Young, Matt Michelson and Chase Easley assisted on both sales.
