Newmark Arranges Sale of Four-Property MF Portfolio in Mississippi

Newmark has arranged the sale of a four-property multifamily portfolio in Jackson, MS. The sales price was not disclosed.

The portfolio comprises four residential communities with more than 1,200 units across 71 acres. Amenities include pools, fitness centers, tennis courts, playgrounds, grilling and picnic areas, sundecks and fireplaces. Occupancy has been historically high across the portfolio and is expected to remain strong going forward.

Jordan Roeschlaub, Dustin Stolly, Nick Scribani and Issa Abbassi of Newmark secured the acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer, Kushner Cos. Blake Pera, Tommy Bronson III, Bo Flurry and Gray Fiser of Newmark represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction.
