Newmark Arranges Sale of 285K-SF Warehouse in Auburn

Newmark has arranged the sale of 26 Southbridge Street, a 285,437-square-foot warehouse facility in Auburn, MASS. The sales price was not disclosed.

The facility is currently fully occupied by Polar Beverages as a local, national and international distribution center. The asset is positioned less than one-half mile from Polar Beverages’ corporate headquarters in Worcester, where the firm has been based since its inception in 1882. 

Robert Griffin, Edward Maher, Tony Coskren, Matthew Pullen, Samantha Hallowell and Brian Pinch of Newmark’s Boston Capital Markets Group represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was Westbrook Partners.
