Newmark Arranges Lease for California Fertility Clinic at Sawtelle Plaza Los Angeles

Newmark Arranges Lease at West LA Medical Facility

Newmark has arranged a 34,000-square-foot lease as the headquarters of California Fertility Partners at Sawtelle Plaza in Los Angeles. Newmark Senior Managing Director Steven Salas and Kelly Rinker represented the tenant in partnership with Daniel Chiprut of Commercial Asset group. The building owner is Arenda Capital Management, which was represented by its founders Dusan Miletich and Evan Meyer in partnership with Andrew Dennison of Industry Partners and Aleks Trifunovic of Lee & Associates in the lease transaction.

“California Fertility Partners is one of the top comprehensive fertility service providers in the country,” said Salas in a news release. “Sawtelle Plaza’s above-market parking ratio and central location in West LA provides the perfect location for its new headquarters.”

California Fertility Partners specializes in the evaluation and treatment of male and female reproductive issues. The new headquarters will feature medical and consult offices in addition to a state-of-the-art fertility and IVF lab.
